Sharpp is a franchise accounting tool. Before working with us, our client used spreadsheets to manage finances for multiple Chick-fil-A locations. The spreadsheets did the job, but our client felt there was a more effective and efficient way to do things. Because the way the system and processes were structured, the franchise leadership did not have insight into their financial situation until the end of the month. By that point, it was too late to make meaningful adjustments.
As we unpacked this idea, we began to identify opportunities. We created a web app that made it easy for Chick-fil-A locations to input and track finances throughout the month. Using the data, it provided more clear and actionable insights into their financial situation. Ultimately, this clarity allowed them to make proactive decisions about operations and revenue to ensure greater profitability each month.
